DEFENDING CLIENTS IN COMMERCIAL AND LIABILITY LITIGATION

We have attorneys who are certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in multiple areas. One of our partners, Wayne Windle, served as the Law Clerk to U.S. District Judge R.E. Thomason and as the President of the Texas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Another, Joseph L. Hood, served as a law clerk to Justice Sears McGee of the Supreme Court of Texas. We are active members and participants in a wide range of national and regional committees relevant to our litigation work for clients spanning many industries.

Most importantly, all of our lawyers have consistently delivered favorable results for our clients while practicing with strong dedication and integrity throughout Texas and New Mexico.
